When you submit a quote request or enquiry form, or otherwise contact us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, company or organisation (optional), and information about your event (event type, dates, guest count, services, dietary requirements, and anything else you choose to share).

When you visit the site, we and our analytics and advertising providers automatically collect technical and usage data through cookies and similar technologies — for example your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring website, and approximate location.
